The Fast Heating-up Intelligent Soldering Station – T12-11

A convenient and efficient soldering station can not only help repair technicians improve repair efficiency, but also save repair technicians’ time. REWA LAB has been testing Toor T12-11 digital intelligent lead-free soldering station for a period of time. And this blog will be a detailed introduction of the fast heating-up intelligent soldering station – T12-11.

Traditional Soldering Station VS T12-11 Digital Intelligent Lead-free Soldering Station

Heating Rate

The digital soldering station – T12-11 comes with the precise temperature control system and heats from 0 to 350℃ in only 3 seconds. Comparing with traditional soldering stations, T12-11 features fast heating for time-saving.

Soldering Temperature

Comparing with traditional soldering stations, the digital soldering station -T12-11 can work at a relatively low temperature. Therefore, it can reduce the risk of damaging components during soldering.

Features

Aerospace-level of anti-static & electromagnetic shielding protection can satisfy different soldering needs. Various Soldering Iron tips for different soldering needs. Exclusive patented heating technology can increase heating efficiency up to 3 times higher than traditional soldering stations. Intelligent sleep design can save 30%-70% energy and bring 5 times of product service life.

Practical Application Of The Digital Soldering Station -T12-11 – Jumping Wires

Jump Wires On Solder Joints

We need to replace it with a tip suitable for the jumping wire. The tip can be replaced quickly for different needs without powering off the station, which is convenient and efficient. Firstly, we need 0.02mm solder tinned enamelled wire. Solder one end of the wire to the solder joint with the soldering iron at 350℃. Secondly, cut off the needles wire with the Sculpture Knife and loop the wire around to fix it on the pad. Then clean with PCB Cleaner afterward. Join Up RC-components By Jumping A Wire Apply some paste flux to the two capacitors respectively. Tin the two pins that need to be joined up with solder by the Soldering Iron at 350℃. Here we need 0.02mm solder tinned enamelled wire. Solder the two ends of the wire to the two pins respectively. Then cut off the needless wire with the Sculpture Knife.

Tips: once done, push the soldered wire with the Sculpture Knife carefully. If the wire remains unmoved, the soldering work is done. And make sure you clean the tip with the cleaning sponge after using it. High soldering temperature may degrade the soldering iron tip.

Practical Application Of The Digital Soldering Station – T12-11 – Chip Cleaning

Apply some paste flux and solder paste to the bonding pad and clean the pad with the Soldering Iron at 350℃. Comparing with regular soldering stations, the unique temperature control system of T12-11 ensures smooth operation of the tip without paste caking when dragging the solder paste across the pad.

Conclusion

The digital soldering station – T12-11 is made for precise operation. It can be used for IC cleaning, Bonding Pad Cleaning, jumping wires and Touch ID repair.
