ITSince the beginning of 2018, REWA has launched three back glass refurbishing solutions, including the application of our hot-selling Laser Machine.
Actually, we have been frequently consulted these days by clients.
What’s the difference between the three solutions? Well, check it below!
Solution 1 :Dispergator + Ultrasonic Cleaner
To avoid liquid damage, phone disassembling and parts removing are two indispensable steps in solution 1.
Therefore, the whole process takes about 5 hours, which is definitely a long time.
What’s more, professional skills are also needed as components like flex cables can be easily damaged during the process.
With high risk, solution 1 is not a good choice for beginners.
In a word, repair shops with no batch refurbishing needs can choose solution 1.
Also, ultrasonic can be applied in water damaged iPhone repair. Worth to take a look!
Solution 2 Separating with Hot Air Gun
Free from phone disassembling/assembling, solution 2 takes about 1.5 hours, which is definitely a short time compared with solution 1.
Therefore, solution 2 is a good choice for repair shops with batch refurbishing needs.
Still, professional skills are required as the Pistolet à air chaud might bring damage to components during the process.
Solution 3 Laser Machine
Free from phone disassembling/assembling, solution 3 takes about 40 minutes.
And it requires no professional skills.
Featuring safety and efficiency, it can not only save your time but also bring no damage to parts on the phone.
Therefore, solution 3 is a good choice for repair shops with batch refurbishing needs.
From the above 3 solutions, we can conduct that separating with laser machine is definitely a right choice.
