ITParis, France – September 16, 2025. At the 4th edition of the Back Forum, hosted by Back Market, REWA once again took the stage to highlight its vision for the refurbishment and repair industry. This year’s focus: how sellers and repair professionals can confidently choose high-quality battery and screen replacement parts. REWA also announced the official launch of REWA EU, in partnership with long-standing European distributor GSM PARTS CENTER (GPC).
With this step, REWA is strengthening its commitment to Europe, promising faster delivery, sharper pricing, and an improved service experience for partners and customers across the region.
Back Forum: Where Circular Tech Leaders Meet
The Back Forum is Back Market’s exclusive annual gathering for top sellers, partners, and innovators worldwide. Each year, the event covers pressing topics in the circular electronics market—from logistics and testing to catalogue expansion and best practices for sustainable growth.
This year, REWA joined six other industry leaders on stage, showing how collaboration, quality, and innovation can drive the next wave of growth for repair businesses.
REWA’s Progress: From Solutions to Data-Backed Results
As a returning participant, REWA presented the results of its collaboration with Back Market since October 2024. Highlights included:
- Strong growth in battery product orders
- Ultra-low after-sales rate, kept below the industry benchmark of 0.5%
- 92%+ repurchase rate, proving consistent customer trust
These numbers reinforce the reliability of REWA’s strict selection and validation system—designed to help sellers improve efficiency while giving end users a worry-free experience.
Tackling Repair Pain Points with Full-Chain Quality
In discussions with repair professionals, REWA addressed some of the most common issues they face when working with pre-owned devices:
- Low installation compatibility
- Functional failures such as ghost touch or unresponsive displays
- Screen defects like MURA patterns and uneven backlighting
REWA also showcased its end-to-end quality approach for iPhone screen replacements, which includes:
- Careful grading and screening of raw materials
- Functional and display testing at semi-finished stages
- Batch retention and data feedback loops for ongoing improvement
Attendees also got a close look at three levels of iPhone 14 Pro Max replacement screens—OEM-refurbished, REPART Soft OLED, and Incell—each designed to meet different performance and budget needs.
REWA EU: A New Chapter for Europe
The highlight of the event came when REWA CEO Kevin announced the launch of REWA EU:
The establishment of REWA EU is a natural extension of our decade-long expertise in supply chain integration, quality control, and technical innovation. By combining our strengths with GPC’s local distribution experience, we’ll deliver faster fulfillment, better pricing, and more transparent, traceable products for European customers.
