Challenges Faced by Cell Phone Refurbishers
Engaged attendees at Back Forum, actively participating in discussions about empowering second-hand phone refurbishers. The lively scene captures the vibrant exchange of ideas between industry leaders and refurbishers, all focused on driving innovation and addressing key market challenges.
As market competition grows, refurbishers face significant challenges:
- Product Selection Issues: Differentiating between a wide range of phone parts in terms of quality is difficult.
- Unstable Product Quality: Poor sourcing leads to after-sales issues and operational disruptions.
- Lack of Technical Expertise: Many refurbishers struggle with using purchased parts and tools effectively.
- After-Sales Concerns: Ineffective support from suppliers leaves refurbishers facing unresolved problems.
- Complex Supply Chains: Managing multiple suppliers can lead to inefficiencies and extended turnover cycles.
The REWA & Back Market Solution
In response to those challenges, REWA has built more than just a product supply network—we offers a robust support system. At the Back Forum, our REWA’s CEO Kevin Zhou showcased the differences in the quality of screens, batteries, small parts, refurbishment machines and repair tools, highlighting REWA rigorous selection process. Together with Back Market, our co-branded solution was unveiled: a product line thoroughly tested and verified to meet cell phone refurbishers’ needs, with exclusive discounts for clients from Back Market.
Holistic Support for Second-hand Business
Beyond products, Kevin also introduced a range of services, including technical training, repair guidance, and customized consultation. This ensures cell phone refurbishers can resolve technical issues swiftly, improving their after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
