ITFor aftermarket iPhone battery replacement, reliable and high-quality iPhone battery cells are crucial. Inferior quality battery cells have a short service life and pose hidden dangers such as bulging and fire. To meet the demands of enterprise customers in the industry, REWA provides top-of-the-line pure cobalt battery cells for all iPhone models, ensuring durability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
Rigorous Selection Process for Superior Quality
REWA Selected battery cells undergo a meticulous selection process to guarantee the highest standards of quality. This process includes a series of stringent tests:
Capacity Test: Verify whether the actual battery cell capacity matches what is indicated on the cell label.
Cycle Life Test: To ensure longevity, these battery cells are tested to withstand over 500 charge and discharge cycles, making them a durable choice for customers.
High and Low Temperature Test: The battery cells are exposed to extreme temperatures in a controlled environment—70℃ for 2 hours, followed by -20℃ for 2 hours, and then back to 70℃ for another 2 hours. Only cells that show no signs of swelling or deformation pass this rigorous testing.
Installation Test: Selecting the appropriate battery cell size ensures a better fit for the actual repair process.
During battery replacement, not only is it necessary to transplant the original BMS onto the new cell, but additional tag-on flex is also required to write the battery health data. These procedures result in the assembled battery requiring more space, making the correct battery cell size crucial.
